Privacy Notice

The True Worshiper is a personal mission platform for serving God in Spirit and in Truth. It is not pastor-led counseling and it does not collect prayer requests. This notice explains the basic information handled by the website, especially the forum-style Tables and admin publishing features.

Information you may choose to share

When you post to The Tables, we may store your display name, optional email address, selected forum, selected category, message, moderation status, and the time of submission. Email is optional and is visible only to administrators.

No prayer-request intake

The platform may teach people how to pray for themselves, but it does not collect or manage prayer requests. Do not submit sensitive personal prayer requests, crisis details, or private information about yourself or another person through the forum.

Forum moderation

Posts are reviewed before they appear publicly. Moderation exists to protect truth, order, and integrity; it is not a claim that one person has a monopoly of knowledge. Posts may be approved, answered, hidden, or deleted if they are off-topic, harmful, accusatory, abusive, deceptive, spam, or inconsistent with the mission.

Technical information

The site may process limited technical information such as browser details, spam-protection signals, and hashed IP-based rate-limit data to protect the forum and reduce abuse. Public forms may use Cloudflare Turnstile.

Measurement and advertising

The public frontend does not currently load Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel, or comparable advertising tags, and it does not build advertising or remarketing audiences from ministry visitors. The hosting and security services may process limited request information needed to deliver and protect the site. This notice will be updated before materially different analytics or advertising technology is introduced.

Media and admin uploads

Sermon, teaching, worship, and sanctuary ambience recordings are uploaded by authorized administrators and stored in Cloudflare R2. These files should pass ministry content and rights review before publication.

What this platform does not do

• It does not sell your personal information.
• It does not expose your optional email address publicly.
• It does not collect prayer requests.
• It does not provide emergency counseling, legal advice, medical advice, therapy, or crisis services.
• It does not promise that every submission will be published or answered.
• It does not operate on brainwashing, deceit, coercion, or control.
